century, is venerated, is the oldest route.<\/p>\n\n<p>It leaves from Paris, passes through Chartres-Vend\u00f4me or Orl\u00e9ans-Blois, Tours, Poitiers, Saint-Jean- d\u2019Ang\u00e9ly, Saintes, Bordeaux, Saint-Palais\u2026 namely 1743 km to Compostela.<\/p>\n\n<p>The road to Santiago de Compostela attracts many hikers and pilgrims every year in search of themselves and
